DATE: Wednesday, May 5, 2010 – RAIN OR SHINE If it is raining on the 5th, please call the Lodge for information about where we will meet to shoot – 1-800-717-4868.
LOCATION: Heartland Lodge www.Heartlandlodge.com
COST: $150.00 Per Shooter – Make checks payable to Boy Scouts. Fee includes: 12 ga Shotgun Shells (all you will need). Prizes will be awarded for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place shooters and Team Recognition. There will also be a drawing for numerous items.
Light Lunch - Sandwiches and finger food will be served between 12:00 and 1:00 p.m.
REGISTRATION: 12:30 – 1:00 p.m. Team Lists Posted.
DEMO: 1:00 – 1:15 p.m.
START TIME: Shooting times will begin at 1:30 p.m. Please arrive by 1:00 p.m. or sooner if you are planning to join us for lunch.
MEAL: Steak Dinner will be served between 4:30 – 5:00 p.m.
Awards Ceremony & Team Recognition.
Ticket drawing and Auction to follow dinner.
CAPACITY: We are limited to 96 Shooters. Reservations will be accepted on a First Come – First Served basis.
DEADLINE: April 30, 2010. Please make your check payable to: Boy Scouts.
MEAL ONLY: If you would like to attend, but prefer not to shoot, please join us for the meal at a cost of $30.00.
TEAMS: If there is a person or persons you would like to shoot with, please list them on the reverse side of your reservation form. Please bring your own gun or plan to use a team member’s gun. Eye and Ear protection is required. Please bring your own if you have them. If you do not have them, we will provide them.
