Here at Harpole’s Heartland Lodge, our whitetail hunts are filling up, and in order to lock in your hunt, you have to call the office as soon as you can.  All of our hunts are first come first serve and with the limited availability of our hunts, many of the weeks are full or getting close.  If you have any questions about the hunts or want to book, call me at the office at 217-734-2526.  I have listed the remaining dates below so do not hesitate to call us if you would like any of the spots.

Season Opener!     Arrive Sept. 30, hunt Oct. 1-5 and depart Oct. 6.  Only 5 spots left!  $2550 per hunter

3 day 4 night Archery Hunt.    Arrive Oct. 15, hunt Oct. 16-18 and depart Oct. 19.  $1650 per hunter

Halloween Pre Rut Maddness!  Arrive Oct. 25, hunt Oct. 26-30 and depart Oct. 31.  4 spots left!  $3650

Peak Rut!  Arrive Nov. 12, hunt Nov. 13-17, and depart Nov. 18.  2 spots remain!  $3950

Illinois Firearm Seasons

Arrive Nov. 18, hunt Nov. 19-21 and depart Nov. 22.  3 remaining spots.  $4200

“Longest Gun Season” Arrive Dec. 1, hunt Dec. 2-5 and depart Dec. 6.  6 spots left. $3350

Muzzleloader Only!  Arrive Dec. 9, hunt Dec. 10-12 and depart Dec. 13.  Hunt cost $2450

Here at Harpole’s Heartland Lodge the 2009 whitetail season is coming to a close.  For all of you who had hunted with us this past year I wanted to personally thank you for the great year we had and I look forward to seeing many of you in camp again.  For those of you that were unable to make it, keep us in mind for next hunting adventure. 

The Turkey season here in IL is fast approaching and with the limited number of permits and spots available I do not want any one waiting to long only to find out that we can not get you in.  You can call me at the office at 217-734-2526 if you have any questions regarding the hunts or to book your spot.  Thanks again and I look forward to putting some longbeards in the dirt.

Hunters are welcome to take all their deer meat home, or donate it to the local Hunters Against Hungry. This helps needy families. A great time for a great cause!

This fun filled package includes four nights, three days of hunting, lodging and all meals at our Orvis endorsed Lodge for only $650!! Arrival is January 14^th, Hunt 15^th, 16^th, 17^th and Depart on the 19^th.

We are also offering a three night, two day hunt for $450. Arrival is January 1^st, Hunt 2^nd & 3^rd and depart on the 4^th. (You can also do this package during the Jan 15^th-17^th season.)

These are going to be two fun weekends that are good for conservation and deer management.

We are in the middle of our hunting season and everything is going well. I hope you can join us this winter for an upland hunt. The Christian Family Days hunt is coming up and it’s going to be another great day!

The hunt will be Saturday January 9^th, 2010. You can also arrive January 8^th; enjoy the lodge and guests who also stay the night before.

You will hunt a half of a day for Quail, Pheasants, and Chukars. Your guides, dogs, bird processing and lunch after the hunt are all included. ($300)

This event raises money for a very special non-profit organization, Christian Family Days. The proceeds help support 3,000 disadvantaged children attend a Cardinal baseball game; enjoy a hotdog and soda at the ball park.

Enjoy a great day in the field while helping kids too!  I look forward to seeing you on the 9^th!
